What we collect

When you send the booking form we receive your company name, contact name, email address, site postcode, the number and type of media units, and any access notes you choose to add. We also record the time the form was sent, the IP address it was sent from, and the consent wording you agreed to, so we can demonstrate that consent was given.

Why

Only to schedule the collection: to reply with a date and a fixed price, to plan the route and the vehicle, and to reach you on the day. We do not use these details for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone outside the crew handling your job.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Certificates of destruction are business records of the destruction itself and are kept for as long as the law and your auditors require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email jobs@proutiles.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website

The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to fetch them. Standard web server logs record visits for security and are rotated routinely.
